Service description
Jovethra provides access operated by Jovethra and compatible with selected OpenAI API formats. Jovethra is neither OpenAI nor an official OpenAI service and is not affiliated with OpenAI. The public models are gpt-5.6-sol, gpt-5.6-terra, gpt-5.6-luna, claude-fable-5, claude-opus-5-thinking, and claude-sonnet-5-thinking.
The service enforces input, output, cache, rate, and concurrency limits for every customer key. Model cost units are counted by model and token category.
The gateway administration software is based on New API, available under the AGPL license.
Plans, credits, and duration
Starter, Pro, and Power plans are shown in euros with a monthly period. Exact limits are listed on the pricing page. Jovethra also offers prepaid API credits from EUR 1.00 to EUR 100.00 without a subscription or automatic renewal.
For prepaid credits, each complete EUR 10.00 paid adds EUR 2.00 of promotional credit. The resulting token limits are calculated and displayed before checkout. Credits are provisioned only after Paddle confirms the exact one-time transaction and remain available until the associated allowance is consumed.
Third-party providers and availability
Jovethra depends on third-party providers, open-source software, and Internet infrastructure. Their availability, limits, policies, pricing, and continued operation are not guaranteed.
Jovethra may limit, suspend, modify, or stop all or part of the service when a provider changes, limits, or interrupts its service, when a security risk appears, or when available capacity no longer permits reasonable operation. No guaranteed service level is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
Payments and refunds
Paddle processes card payments and the other methods it makes available, including PayPal. Subscription payments renew automatically every month until canceled in the Paddle customer portal. Prepaid credit payments are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
Refund requests are handled under the terms shown by Paddle and applicable mandatory rights. Cancellation prevents future renewals without retroactively canceling an already paid period, while a refund or chargeback may revoke the associated access and promotional credit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jovethra excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, decisions based on model output, or downtime attributable to a third-party provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jovethra's aggregate direct liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant plan during the 30 days preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Data and privacy
Jovethra does not intentionally retain complete prompt or response content and does not use customer content to train models. Technical data strictly necessary for operation may include request IDs, usage counters, status codes, dates, and hashed key identifiers.
API keys are stored as HMAC digests. Customers must never send an API key, complete prompt, or complete response in a support message. See the Privacy Policy for the full description of data practices.
Jovethra does not load optional advertising or audience analytics trackers on its public pages.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service to circumvent law, attack a system, distribute malware, exploit people, violate intellectual property rights, resell a key without authorization, or attempt to identify Jovethra's internal providers.
The free Luna chat is a limited demonstration without an availability guarantee. Circumventing its limits through automation, IP rotation, multiple identifiers, or any other means is prohibited. Jovethra may require a security check, reduce limits, or suspend the public chat in response to abuse or capacity constraints.
Jovethra may immediately suspend or revoke a key in case of abuse, security risk, fraud, abnormal load, or legal obligation. A revoked key cannot be reactivated.
Changes
Each new version of these terms will be dated. Mandatory rules applicable to the customer remain applicable. Continued use after a dated update means the updated terms govern future access, subject to applicable law.
